To find yourself in gratitude is a gift. When we are feeling stress, anxiety or depression, getting into a state of gratitude can help. It’s all about changing your state for success. If you constantly complain about what you don’t have, what you can’t do, what you want but can’t afford your are in a place of lack and limitation. You are providing fertile soil for limitation to come into your life. You lose track of that fact that you have a roof over your head, food on your plate, a child in college and that despite some of lifes challenges there is still greatness all around me.
How many happy people do you know that are grateful?
How many unhappy people do you know that are grateful?
Bringing gratitude into your life is as easy as saying, ‘thank you’. Saying it when someone opens the door for you. Saying ‘thank you’ when someon hands you your change or saying it just because you are thankful. Show appreciation, it’s free and it feels good.
One of my best tips for bringing more gratitude into your life is to make a gratitude list. It will be easy with all the ‘big’ things, but as you continue to do it you’ll find that there are the things that seemed inconsequental before now become something you are grateful for. I’ve been grateful for a pair of new shoes, finding money on the ground and having a great day. Start with ten things that you are grateful for. I suggest doing your lists when you wake up and right before you go to sleep at night. Make sure you write it down as it anchors the gratitude deeper into you.
Start here, and remember to fill your every moment with gratitude.
Energetic Hygiene is great for everyone. Especially those that are more sensitive, healers, empaths, psychics or shamans. It is something that isn’t often talked about but it has a profound effect on the state of the individual.
Taking a physical shower works to keep you clean. You have your differnts soaps and cleansers to cleanse any dirt, and grime from the skin and/or face, to re-fresh yourself. It’s a part of everyday life. We wash our hands, use hand sanitizers and mouthwash. To keep us feeling fresh and yet we ignore the auric field, the invisible electromanetic field that surrounds the body.This is also a part of our system. When it is compromised or filled with debris it can begin to effect us in our everyday lives.
Begin to pay attention to the aura. It’s like giving yourself an energy shower. I usually get a tupperware container filled with baking soda and put it in the shower with me. I put a handfull in my hands, wet it a bit spread it from my head down to my feet. I can feel it instantly lift of any energetic debris that is in my auric field. Think of it as clearing the psychic dirt. I remember, the first time I did it. I slept amazing that night and woke up totally refreshed. It literally felt like a weight had lifted off of me.
Now as I said, anyone can do this. If you are a healer, massage therapists, psychic, mystic etc. This will benefit you immensly and I suggest even using the baking soda on your hands up to your elbow after you work on a client.
Simple techniques that can be used daily to cleanse your auric field. What We know that baking soda a.k.a. Sodium Bicarbonate can be used for a variety of things. I’ve used baking soda for years. I use it every evening once I’ve gotten home and sometimes on days when I really feel like there’s been a bit of heaviness that particular day.
There’s a variey of baking sodas out there and I suggest buying the one that’s aluminum free for the purity.

I recently went to Buddhist ceremony in Chiang Mai, Thailand called Makha, celebrating the life and death of the Buddha at the same time. Coincidently, it was Valentine’s day. I remember standing there in the celebration with an ocean of candles. The scent of the incense burning filled the air, buddhist monks chanting and I was surrounded by thousands of candles, each one burning brightly. The breeze was blowing, and a man knocked over one of the candles. It went out and then I realized there were a thousand more to re-ignite it.
When we think of dimming our light, extinguishing it or finding ways not to shine as brightly as we could. We are doing a dis-service to ourselves and to those in our lives. When you decide to embrace your full light, to ‘come out of the closet’ that is when others around you begin to ignite their light, others around them ignite their flame and so forth. We become a sea of candles, not floating, but riding the current, all on the same path towards greatness.
There are many ways to ignite your flame. To get you started it’s important to find your passion and live it fully. Not what society wants, family or friends or even what you think is the ‘right’ job. What do you feel? What ignites you? What have you always wanted to do but scares the light out of you? How are you not doing what you are suppossed to be doing? And how can’t you not do it?
Immerse yourself in the work you want to do and find role models, mentors, people that are constantly and always improving. There are few on this earth who have not followed in the footsteps of another or was inspired by someone. This is a great tool to use. Whether you want to be a lawyer, healer, entreprenuer, blogger, artist, amazing parent, or activist. There will always be someon there to guide you via person to person or books. Remember, the support you need is always there. If you are truly on your path, everthing and everyone that you require will present itself with a little patience.
Secondly, take action. The boat will never set sail until you buy the wood to create it. Begin to build your dreams. Buy a website, write a book, take classes and promote yourself(this can be a hard one for some)etc. Whatever it is that you decided to do take action. It’s important that you anchor your passion, plant the seeds for your success. If it succeeds at first, great and if it fails then take the lessons to build on your success. I’ve said this before, ‘If you never try, you will always fail.’
Lastly, Fear will most likely be one of your biggest competitors. Overcome it. Try not to listen to other’s negative comments about your work, business venture, and/or new path. This is your flame, not theirs. You have your own challenges to overcome. So Stay focused and get out of your own way. Most likely, you will have indavertantly enlightened their flame.

What would happen if we stopped worrying about what others were doing? What if we could stop the hating? How would life be like if we could stop that tinge of jealousy that permeated our body when you find out someone else is successful or getting the opportunity to take their dreams to that next level to success? How could life be?
It happens that when someone is successful, others either aren’t supportive of their success nor genuinly happy for their new opportunities. This isn’t uncommon and if you felt the tinge of jealousy sometimes its all a part of being human. In essence, what it is reminding you is that you aren’t taking action in your own life. It’s much like the fish wanting to be the bird. The fish envies the bird because it can fly wherever it would like to go. The fish looks up to the bird and stops its life because it wishes it could do what the fish could do. The gift the fish is missing is that it is also flyiing within it’s own environment and can breathe underwater. To hate stops the development and their realization of one’s innate gifts.
Each one of us is different in our gifts. What you are wonderful at, others may not be, and vice-versa. If someone is working in the same field and is successful…Great! Now you have the opportunity to ask them for advice and if they won’t assist you find someone else who has mastered the same field and have them help you. I guarantee you will never really do things the same as another, so build on your strengths, master those and strengthen your weaknesses.
If you are ‘hating’. Do something about it. Don’t waste another ounce of energy in that negative space and re-direct that energy for your personal success
I’ve recently moved across the world to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I went all the way out of my comfort zone. In fact, let’s step outside of it, ALWAYS. Comfort zones can be a little too comfortable. So much so that one can become complacent, feeling tinges of fear anytime change may show it’s ‘ugly’ face.
In life, we must maintain our evolution by consistently overcoming anything we fear. Fear can stagnate the muscles of your life, making it difficult to attain even the most simple goal. Fear can take your options down to nothing and prevent from any success in your future.
Working out the fear is like stretching your muscles. Taking time get your body lean, strong and flexible to meet life. It is truly an exercise in courage.
That’s why it is important to constantly stretch yourself. Take the yoga class you’ve always wanted to, sign up for martial arts is thats what you want or simply take the leap into something that you’ve always wanted to. The worst that can happen is that you’ll decide it wasn’t for you. If you never try, you will always fail, guaranteed. The more you take on those little fears, you begin to chip away at the big ones and all of a sudden the fears that you thought were so big were really just an illusion. Your fears, a mere reminder that you have been standing still for far too long and it’s now time to take action
I’ve struggled with Emf’s for a while. What are EMF’s? It stands for Electromagnetic Frequency. On some level, everything is emiting an Electromagnetic Frequency. When I’m talking about EMF’s I’m talking about the harmful one’s. The EMF’s that come from cell phones, cell towers, computers, wi-fi cafe’s, electrical equipment and power lines. If you are sensitive to Electromagnetic Frequency’s this can help.
I remember when I first purchased the I-phone 4. I was getting really bad headaches, I felt dizzy, and was very lethargic. I told a friend that I wasn’t feeling well and I thought it was linked to the Iphone. Of course, he said I was crazy.
Let me preface this. I do not work for Safe Space Protection, nor am affiliated with them in any way. My mentor recommend that I purchase the safe space cell phone chip. Most EMF devices shield the harmful EMF’s this one changes the frequency was harmful to harmless. It’s really inexspensive $29.95 and I just purchased a brand new one for my I-pad mini and my new I-phone 5. I cannot say enough great things about their products.
Another product that I use from them is the SafeSpace 1. It effects 1000 ft. around an environment clearing emf’s in every direction(I’m even clearing my neighbors homes and not getting paid for it). Please check the website for availability. You can really feel the difference in a day. For areas that are heavily saturated with Electromagnetic Smog it may take several days. Make sure you place the product in a corner where light can hit it as it runs on solar energy. It’s a holographic unit that’s encoded with EMF clearing technology. I’ve had it for over three years and still works the same as the day I got it. It’s a little pricier but a good investment nonetheless.
For a more inexspensive alternative, try working with fluorite. A fluoride based mineral that helps to clear EMF’s out of the Electromagnetic field. It not only clears EMF’s but is very protective. You can pick up a fluorite crystal at any local metaphysical store. If you are in Los Angeles try Aum & Garden and if you are in the New York Area try Stick, Stone, and Bone, or Rockstar Crystals. You can also try online on Amazon, or Ebay. It’s best to carry on you or you can place it on your computer to act as a shield.
The other crystal I recommend is Lepidolite and it has adept at clearing Electromagnetic Smog. This is one the best stones to do the job. It’s relatively inexspensive and it can also help to calm the emotions as an added benefit. Make sure to clear your stones properly prior to using them.

On some level, everything in existense has energy. The energy of love, gratitude,joy,safety and even anger all resonate on specific frequencies. Working with crystals and stones can help to remind one of their prtotective forces that are natually within, keeping us at a vibration that doesn’t resonate with lower energies.
When I first began to work with the stones at a very young age. I thought they were pretty little crystal babies. I had no idea as a child that the amethyst and quartz crystals that I was buying were actually assisting me in protecting myself and helping along me along my evolution.
In all my Energy Healing Sessions, I use Crystal Healing Therapy. Crystals play a huge part in the work that I do and in no way am I saying that the stones are doing all the work. In the end, you have free will and it’s up to you to support and empower your boundaries.
Let’s start off with what I call the ‘Cardinal Protection Stone’, Black Tourmaline.
It helps to keep the goodness in while keeping lower energies out. In my experience, Not only is it great for protection but it can also assist in grounding oneself into the body as well as help to relieve the energy system from stress. This is one stone that I carry with me almost everyday.
Amethyst, a quartz based crystal has the energy of the violet flame of transmutation, raising and clearing negative energies and transmuting them into light. I’ve personally it in my Energy Healing Sessioins to assist in worry, anxiety. It’s also great to sleep with at night for a little extra comfort. In addition, it can help to develop psychic abilities and assist during meditation in safe and protected way.
Labradorite has to be one of my favorite stones. What caught my eye at first was the ‘labradorescense’ or spectrolite of the stone. Labradorite helps to ‘beef up’ the aura in a way that any holes or gaps in the aura are filled by the energies of Labradorite. It’s as if the shield comes from within the aura re-inforcing and making it far more difficult to become energy drained by others and protecting against lower vibes that may try to enter your space. This is a great stone for healers.
There’s a few of my favorites, and make sure that before you work with any crystal or stone that they are cleansed properly.
In my experience, one of the downfalls in life is not being able or willing to release your pent up emotions. They can be deep seeded even, traumatic at times and yet we hold onto them like a best friend that you’ve never wanted to have. Holding onto your emotions can have negative effect on your life.
Let’s paint a not so pretty picture of someone who is physically constipated. It’s being held all in, day after day, eventually the person begins to feel bloated, overly full, irritable and eventually begins to feel foggy. A lack of energy sets in with all the toxins that are backed up in their system.
Hopefully/Eventually the person clears out all the garbage. Not only do they feel clearer and more energized their mood is in high spirits, things are brighter and life contains much more clarity.
The analogy is the same with one’s emotions. It’s the same thing, Emotional Constipation. You hold all those repressed emotions in and eventually you start to react in the same way, just on emotional level. Those emotions would begin to become toxic to the emotional body if they aren’t released in a healthy way. What if you could release all of them, what if you could change your life by letting go of all the negative emotions? It would leave a lot more room and space for your greatness to come in. A lot less ‘baggage’ and a zest for life.
Don’t avoid them. They are there to remind you that something is out of balance in the emotional body and/or system.
Some of the ways I’ve released my emotions is by getting regular Energy Healing and NLP sessions. On a daily basis I write regularly, sing and draw to keep my emotions balanced. I’ve known many who’ve done a combination of professional medical assistance and others who integrate the two. My point is let that sh@* out in a healthy way.
